The Leadership Evolved Series is a leadership development academy (LDA) that is designed based on your organizational needs. We take our various programs and customize them to create a unique leadership program to enhance your organization. Essentially, we will only deliver what you need and we do not add content that is not relevant to your organization.
The purpose of the LDA is to develop leaders and create tangible organizational impact through a series of presentations, training sessions, workshops, and coaching opportunities. Our LDA is best completed over the course of 6 months - 1 year by hosting 1 - 2 four hour sessions/classes each month. This allows each student time to review, understand, and implement what they learn in the previous session before taking in more information. However, the LDA can be scheduled and delivered as a week-long academy, weekly sessions/classes, or any other schedule that is accommodating for your organization.
We cover critical topics essential for leadership development. We start each LDA by providing an online DISC Personality and Motivator Assessment for each student. The first session is dedicated to reviewing these assessments, what they mean, and how understanding personality types and what motivates us as individuals are essential components for leaders. These assessments play a vital role throughout the LDA. The following is a list of topics that are covered throughout the LDA:

At the end of each LDA, each student will receive a certificate of completion. As a bonus, we also provide coaching opportunities throughout the course of the LDA and for 6 months after the completion of the academy for each student and no additional charge.
